Flour Lab is a made-to-order, home-based bakery and gastronomic laboratory in the St Mellons area of Cardiff, specialising in bespoke cakes, artisanal biscuits, and authentic Italian desserts. Founded by Italian chef Filippo, Flour Lab brings together traditional Italian baking techniques and a modern, design-led approach.
